The Pôle Universitaire de Gastronomie of Paris represents several higher education from the UFR d’Économie-Gestion de Université de Cergy-Pontoise around gastronomy. It is located in the center of Paris, 237 Boulevard Raspail, within the Guillaume Tirel High School of catering and hospitality industry. It provides superior training, ranging from the university degrees to the Licence Pro (bac +3) forming in trades enrolling in the international environment of the gastronomic excellence and innovation culinary.

The multidisciplinary teaching team is composed of experts in the fields of cooking, baking, crafts, wine, service, design, luxury, communication ... We have already trained more than 400 students, a third from abroad, many of whom are carrying out an international career in luxury hotels and high-end restaurant.
